Araujo e Nasrallah was born from the union of two complementary professional paths. On one side, business-focused legal advisory services, closely aligned with the realities and language of entrepreneurs. On the other, more than a decade of technical expertise in litigation and across multiple areas of law, including corporate law, compliance, labor and employment, tax, M&A, and restructuring.

Together, these backgrounds gave rise to a law firm that understands both sides of a company’s legal needs. We are there for the day-to-day decisions that prevent problems and move business forward, as well as for the defining moments that demand strategy, a dedicated team, and flawless execution.
